I started my professional and leadership coaching practice after I realized my true calling; to help bridge the diversity gap that exists today in C-suites across corporate America. I do this by equipping high achievers/driven diverse (BIPOC/ Latinx/ AAPI) professionals in tech with the right mindset and skillset to lead empowering careers with confidence.

Hello, I'm Beatriz!

I am a mom, bilingual and bi-cultural Latina who emigrated to the US to start my career.  Having to adjust to a different society showed me how our differences can be a source of strength and it can prepare us to be better leaders.  Though it was challenging, my journey ultimately led me to be a more understanding, open, and compassionate coach.

As a former head of HR, I have worked in both corporate America and start-ups within the fast-paced NYC ecosystem. I have built teams and coached managers & executives to be the best leaders they aspired to be. Many went on to lead their own companies and organizations.

My advice to you: don't wait any longer. Be the leader you are meant to be, step into your power. Make that choice today.

What is Coaching and What to Expect?

Coaching is a partnership between a client and coach which utilizes a guided, intentional, and thought-provoking process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. A true Coaching process is not counseling, mentoring, consulting, or training. Coaching is about looking forward and partnering with you to take action and experience results.

As a certified professional coach, I believe that Coaching is a client-driven process. You are your own expert and I, as your Coach, am here to help you navigate towards the direction you want to go.  With me, you will be learning to utilize your strengths and skills while also maximizing your productivity.

The goal of coaching will be consistent with helping you:

  • Clarify your objectives;

  • Take action intentionally related to the objectives;

  • Achieve the results that you want
